A cornerpiece statue with a statement greets the streets. An expression of raw off-form concrete finish sets the canvas for our selection of lush, vibrant landscape to bloom at its peak under the sun. Agreeting to the north and to the south. Our two faced piece draws in the lateral context of the site, enriching the sightline with a rich yet restrained tone throughout.

T he landscaped forecourt separates the realm of the internal and external at all levels. Natural lighting flourished throughout the interior and caresses the soft palette tone, settling the senses of tranquility and a living experience of serenity.
